職務概要
ビジネスコンサルタントは、製品導入企業に対して、顧客の事業課題やDX/BX構想の整理、業務定着・組織設計に至るまで一貫して支援する役割を担います。顧客の「ありたい姿」やビジネス課題を明らかにし、変革のビジョンを描いたうえで、multi-functionalチーム (テクニカルコンサルタントや営業等)と連携し、業務現場への製品定着・横展開をリードしていきます。
職務内容
* 顧客のDX全体構想 (ビジョン策定、ToBe業務設計、変革ロードマップ)の立案・推進
* KPI設計およびKPI運用の仕組み化・定着化支援
* 組織デザイン (CoE設計、イネーブルメント支援)、業務改革の実行支援
* 顧客内の成功部門 (ファーストペンギン)を起点とした他部署への横展開支援
* 顧客エグゼクティブとの議論・意思決定ファシリテーション
* テーマ選定、変革プロジェクトのリード
* 顧客の現場と経営層の間をつなぐトランスフォーメーションリーダーとして、業務とテクノロジーの両面から顧客の成功をリード
* 顧客の戦略やビジョンを構築する段階から参画し、製品を「当たり前のように業務に使われる状態」に導く
* 顧客のビジネス成功を最優先とした行動を徹底し、強いエンゲージメントと信頼関係を構築
* 「顧客の一員」のように振る舞い、顧客内で製品がビジネスインフラとなる状態を実現
応募資格
* 5年以上のビジネスまたはITコンサルティングの実務経験 (特に顧客のリードをする立場での経験を求めます。)
* 5年以上の事業会社における経営企画、業務改革、DX/BX推進の実務経験
* DX構想・業務デザイン・KPI設計・組織変革等の上流支援経験
* 顧客に寄り添いながらもリードするマインドと高いオーナーシップ
* 優れた論理的思考力、課題解決力、チームプレイ能力

Job Summary
The Business Consultant is responsible for providing end-to-end support to companies implementing our client’s platform, spanning from aligning business challenges and DX/BX strategies to operational adoption and organizational design. By identifying the client’s ideal vision and core business challenges, you will formulate a roadmap for transformation. Collaborating with multi-functional teams (including Technical Consultants and Sales), you will lead the adoption and horizontal expansion of the platform across the client’s business units.
Core Duties
* Formulate and drive comprehensive DX strategies (vision definition, To-Be business process design, and transformation roadmaps).
* Design KPIs and support the institutionalization and entrenchment of KPI management.
* Support organizational design (CoE framework design, enablement support) and the execution of operational reforms.
* Facilitate horizontal expansion to other departments, leveraging initial successful business units (early adopters) as benchmarks.
* Lead discussions and facilitate decision-making with client executives.
* Select target themes and lead business transformation projects.
* Serve as a transformation leader bridging the gap between front-line operations and executive management to drive client success from both business and technology perspectives.
* Engage from the initial stages of defining client strategies and visions to guide the platform into becoming an everyday operational tool.
* Prioritize client business success to build robust engagement and trusted relationships.
* Act as an embedded extension of the client’s team to establish the platform as a core business infrastructure.
Requirements
* 5+ years of practical experience in business or IT consulting (specifically in a client-facing leadership capacity).
* 5+ years of practical corporate experience in corporate planning, operational reform, or DX/BX initiatives.
* Proven experience in upstream consulting, such as DX strategy formulation, operational design, KPI architecture, and organizational transformation.
* A client-centric yet consultative leadership mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
* Exceptional logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative team-playing skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Foundational knowledge or implementation support experience with BI or cloud-based data analytics platforms.
* Experience leading cross-functional operational transformation projects across multiple departments.
* Foundational knowledge or implementation support experience with data infrastructure such as DWH.
* Knowledge of AI concepts or experience supporting the implementation of AI systems.
* Experience supporting the formulation of corporate strategies, company visions, or business designs.
* Proficiency in English.
* Proficiency in Korean.
