主な業務内容
- システムアーキテクチャ設計: 通信、IoT、メディア分野における複雑な課題に対応するため、堅牢でスケーラブルなソフトウェアソリューションの設計および実装。
- 技術的リーダーシップ: 技術プロジェクトをリードし、コードレビューを実施。ジュニアエンジニアの指導を通じて、コードの品質、セキュリティ、パフォーマンスに関するベストプラクティスを確立。
- バイリンガルな技術的連携: 日本のステークホルダーとグローバルなエンジニアリングハブとの間における主要な技術的懸け橋となり、ビジネス要件を英語・日本語の両方で技術仕様へと落とし込む。
- 課題解決: 重要な技術的問題に対するシニアレベルのエスカレーションポイントとして機能し、根本原因分析の実施と長期的な解決策の策定を行う。

応募要件
技術スキル
- 経験: プロフェッショナルなソフトウェア開発経験5年以上。シニアまたはリードエンジニアとしての実績。
- コアスキル: モダンなプログラミング言語（例：Java, Python, C++, Go）への高い習熟度とソフトウェア設計パターンの知識。
- ドメイン知識: IoTプロトコル、通信システム、メディアストリーミング、または料金徴収/ITSシステムの経験者を優遇。

The Opportunity
Our client is a leading international software company delivering mission-critical solutions across Telco, IoT, Media, and Tolling sectors. They are expanding their engineering team in Japan and are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive innovation and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions for complex engineering challenges within Telco, IoT, and Media domains.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical projects, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to uphold best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Bilingual Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical bridge between local Japanese stakeholders and global engineering hubs; translate business requirements into technical specifications in both languages.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a senior escalation point for critical technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, DevOps, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in a senior or lead capacity.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go) and software design patterns.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience with IoT protocols, Telecommunication systems, Media streaming, or Tolling/ITS systems is highly preferred.
- Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and database technologies.
Language & Communication
- Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Technical Translation: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and requirements between Japanese and English stakeholders.
