Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations and Delivery to lead and scale end-to-end telecom delivery operations in the Philippines. This is a critical leadership position responsible for translating business strategy into flawless execution across field engineering, quality, safety, and logistics.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader comfortable building structure, refining processes, and managing large field teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Delivery

Lead Field Engineering: Oversee all field operations to ensure the successful deployment of telecom infrastructure and network delivery.

Performance Excellence: Maintain high service reliability while strictly adhering to delivery timelines and operational efficiency.

Operational Frameworks: Build and standardize delivery processes, workforce planning, and deployment readiness to drive continuous improvement.

Senior Escalation: Act as the primary point of contact and senior escalation lead for all delivery-related operational challenges.
Quality, Safety & Risk Management

QA/QC Ownership: Own and implement rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards.

Safety Compliance: Lead safety management programs, ensuring total compliance with both internal standards and local regulations.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and delivery risks.
Logistics & Infrastructure Support

Supply Chain & Facilities: Oversee logistics, warehouse, and inventory management to ensure cost control and material availability.

Right of Way (ROW): Manage ROW processes and coordination to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth execution.

Facilities Management: Ensure facilities are effectively managed to support the needs of field and operational teams.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Team Development: Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing operational workforce.

Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the COO and senior leadership to align field execution with overarching business priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders while maintaining high independence in day-to-day execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Industry Expertise: 10–15+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure or network delivery operations.

Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading large, field-based teams within complex delivery environments.

Execution-Focused: A strong background in operations and execution leadership, with a “hands-on” approach to working with on-the-ground teams.
